SEO services operate on continuous optimisation and monthly execution. Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for completed work, audits, content production, technical implementation, or outreach activities are non-refundable.

Campaign management fees apply to work completed before cancellation. Advertising budgets deposited directly with Google or other advertising platforms are governed by the respective platform policies and cannot be refunded by Quantam Minds.

Custom software projects involve extensive planning, development, testing, and dedicated resources. Cancellation charges depend on completed milestones, approved modules, and purchased third-party software or licenses.

Consultation appointments may be rescheduled with prior notice. Once consultation services have been delivered, professional consultation fees are non-refundable.

Ongoing maintenance subscriptions can be discontinued before the next renewal period. Services already delivered during the active billing cycle remain chargeable and are not eligible for refunds.
